Cohort Retention

Activity by join month, measured on every sweep

Why this page starts out looking empty

GoHighLevel reports only current state. It cannot tell you how many March joiners were active in April, because April's answer was overwritten by May's β€” the data is not hidden, it is gone. A retention curve therefore only exists if each point was written down at the time, which is what this now does on every sweep, append-only.

Today that is a single dot per cohort. It becomes a curve on its own, and nothing here can be back-filled later β€” which is exactly why starting was urgent and why the display is honest about having one point.

What is measured: activity recency β€” how many of a cohort's contacts have been touched in the last 30 and 90 days. True retention needs Arketa and Stripe, which are not connected; waiting for them would have cost more months. When they land, real retention joins this series rather than replacing it.

Cohorts by join month

Newest first. Rate is the share of the cohort touched in the last 30 days as at the latest observation.
