This is an interim notice covering this website only. A full privacy policy is with counsel. If you use our clinical or wellness services in person, the handling of information collected there is governed separately and is not described here — contact us and we will tell you which notice applies.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site and submit: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field. We ask for nothing else, and this site does not require an account.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about the consultation or enquiry you submitted, and to run our own follow-up. Your details are stored in our customer system, GoHighLevel, which we use to manage enquiries and appointments.
When you tick the consent box on a form, we record that you ticked it, when, and the wording you agreed to. That record exists so we can prove we had your permission before contacting you — and so we can stop when you tell us to.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not add you to marketing sequences you did not opt in to. Consent is recorded per submission, not assumed.
Stopping contact
Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly using the details below. We will stop, and we do not require a reason.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Contact us and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you and delete it on request, except where we are required to keep a record — for example, the consent record itself, which exists to protect you as much as us.
