You are here until April, give or take. Somewhere in the first two weeks you will settle on a coffee place, a route to walk, and wherever you are going to look after yourself for the next six months. Most people make all three decisions quickly and then stop looking.

This page exists to be in front of you during those two weeks.

What is actually here

Cold plunge, infrared sauna and a sauna bed. Red light. Hyperbaric chamber. Cryotherapy, whole body and local. Compression and GameReady. EMS training. A salt chamber. Massage beds and chairs.

It is a lot in one building, which is the point — for six months you want one place that covers most of it rather than a membership somewhere for the sauna and a drive across the county for anything else.

The fifteen-minute rule

People do not sustain a twenty-five minute drive three times a week. They manage it in January and stop by February.

So the honest advice, even if you go elsewhere: pick the place that is actually near where you are staying. If that is us, good. If it is not, you will get more out of somewhere closer than out of somewhere better.

About committing for a season

market.md is direct about it: an annual contract does not fit a six-month resident, and selling one anyway produces a cancellation rather than a member. Until there is a real answer here, this page should not run.

Start with the consultation

Fifteen minutes, free, and nobody sells you anything in it. Come and see the whole building, ask what it costs, and decide nothing on the day. If you are comparing two or three places this week — which you should be — this is the visit that lets you compare properly.
